This elbow protector is compared to the regular muay thai protectors a bit thinner, and isn’t recommended for heavy hitting. It is anyway a good accessories where some protection is still needed. Theese protectors fit perfectly on the arms. The inner padding is approximately 2 cm thick. Made of polyester, nylone, and elastan.
