Shipping and delivery:

All approved orders will be processed within 48 working hours. At the time of purchase, you will be able to decide how you would like us to ship your order, but normal GLS ground shipping within the continental EU guarantees that your order should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. GLS doesn't notify customers before the goods are delivered, but in case of not reaching you at the address you have provided us with, they will repeatedly contact you. In case they fail to reach you on the phone they will contact us for further order processing. Our current shipping methods are being processed by GLS for small orders.

For bigger orders such as bulk deliveries we use different shippers to provide you with the best possible costs.

Return Policy:

Fighters Europe takes great care to provide its customers with the highest quality of goods. Should any customer feel unsatisfied with their purchase please send the product back with the original packing and a letter explaining the reason for the return and the action you would like for us to take. Customers can return any product which hasn't been washed, worn, altered, or soiled for refund, credit, or exchange if the product is in "resalable" condition within a 14 day period after the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that result from use of the products. Use of the products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

Customers should send packages insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If the customer should request that we replace or exchange an item, they will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.

Privacy Policy:

Fighters Europe only collects information that is required to process customer orders correctly and register them as a preferred customer of the Fighters Europe website. We, by no means, sell or share customer's personal info to third party groups or solicitors. When purchases are made, customer financial information will not be stored on our website and credit cards will be processed behind the secure firewall of our merchant service provider. In this way we can insure the security of customer's personal information.
