Face Mask Attachment
Seen here is the proper attachment of the Top Ten face mask onto the Top Ten helmet.
The face mask is secured by Velcro straps to the top of the head gear as well as around the back.
Furthermore, you can see straps located near the sides of the mask which, when tightened, provide a non-slip grip.
Once the face mask is attached properly, it should act as one unit.
The mask shouldn’t move separately from the helmet when struck, but absorb shock into the head gear.
Please be aware that the face masks are only recommended for semi and light contact and should not be used as protection in full contact training or competition.
