Goods will be delivered to the country and address you provide to us and will normally be despatched within 2 working days of your order being accepted unless we state otherwise. Estimated delivery time is listed below for each particular country or shipping option. At the time of purchase, you will be able to decide how you would like us to ship your order.

1) Czech Post Service (CPS) - Maximum order weight up to 2kg!

Estimated delivery time for orders sent by CPS is 10-20 working days, and may slightly differ based on the local postal delivery times. Unfortunately the CPS doesn’t provide any tracking services for low cost delivery rates, so the customers cant track the whereabouts of the delivery - package. CPS delivers to all the European countries, and applies same flat delivery costs for the whole EU! Please check the costs chart below.

For bigger orders we use different shipping agencies in an effort to provide our customers with the best possible costs and services.

2) Global Logistic Systems – GLS Euro Business Parcel for orders up to 40 kg!

Estimated delivery time for orders sent by GLS is 3-7 working days depending on a particular country zone. GLS delivers to all the European countries. The costs differ depending on a particular country zone. Please check the rates and delivery times in the chart below. GLS doesn't notify the customers before they try to deliver the package, but in case that they fail to reach the customer at the delivery address; they will contact the customer by a phone or an email in an effort to delivery the package without an unnecessary delay. You can also contact your country GLS customer service for further assistance. All the GLS international agents are alphabetically listed below.
