Purpose of the Mouthguard:

Before Use:

Mouthguard Molding Instructions:
For proper fitting, follow the manufacturer's instructions. Generally, the following steps apply:

Prepare hot and cold water according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Immerse the mouthguard in hot water for the specified time.

Briefly cool it under running cold water to ensure a comfortable temperature for the mouth.

Place the mouthguard in your mouth, align it with the centerline of your upper teeth, and press it into place.

Use your tongue and suction to create a secure fit around your teeth. Gently bite down to shape the mouthguard.

Remove the mouthguard and cool it in cold water.

Test the fit. If it does not fit properly, repeat the process according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Maintenance and Storage:
