How to Use Hand Wraps
- Preparation: Unroll the wraps, find the loop at the end, and start by placing it around your thumb.

For All Types:
- Start at the wrist: Wrap tightly around the wrist for support.
- Around the knuckles: Move across the back of your hand, covering your knuckles and wrapping a few times for protection.
- Back to the wrist: Secure the wrist again for added stability.
- Finish: Secure with Velcro or tuck in the end of the wrap.
Elastic & Semi-elastic wraps: Pull tighter for a snug fit as you wrap, ensuring comfort and flexibility.
Non-elastic wraps: Keep the wraps firm and snug, but avoid over-tightening.
