You may return goods within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges – only refunds.
The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
The goods must be undamaged
The goods must not have been used
The goods must be complete
The original tag must not be removed
A proof of purchase must be included
The goods must not be sent to our address via cash on delivery
