The development and testing of the TITAN protective suit took over two years, with numerous adjustments and improvements made along the way—many based on insights gained through intensive real-world use. A major inspiration for the suit's design was traditional Japanese samurai armor, specifically the Joroi.
Elements like the shikoro (nape guard), jodare kake (throat protector), and kusazuri (hanging armor panels at the waist) directly influenced the design. The suit also features forearm and hand protection reminiscent of the kote—protective sleeves worn by samurai warriors.

One of the key designers of the TITAN suit is Martin Hradecký, a professional instructor in self-defense and close combat, who trains both civilians and armed forces. The suit has also been extensively tested by other instructors and members of Adaptive Combat Training.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING After each use, thoroughly wipe the suit with a damp cloth and a mild detergent to remove dirt, sweat, and debris. Pay extra attention to areas that come into direct contact with the body to ensure proper cleaning.
DISINFECTING Use disinfectant products designed for fabrics to kill bacteria and other microorganisms. This keeps the suit hygienic and ready for the next use.
DRYING STORAGE Store the suit in the included storage bag to protect it from dust, dirt, and potential damage. Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from freezing temperatures or direct sunlight, as extreme conditions can degrade the materials over time.
