Boxing shoes are a specific type of footwear, which require the necessary time when putting on and taking off. When putting the shoes on, it is necessary to fully untie them so the shoe can open as much as possible – incomplete untying of the shoes may cause some seams in the ankle and instep area to crack.
We recommend choosing boxing shoes half a size to one size larger than your regular footwear. However, boxing shoes should not be tight (so that they press or cause discomfort). Boxing shoes also do not loosen up the way regular shoes do. Boxing shoes are noticeably narrower than standard footwear.
