TOP TEN makes martial arts accessible to all generations; therefore, the "Avantgarde" headgear in size S is available for children with a head circumference of 50 cm (around 6 years old). Size M covers a range of 55-60 cm, and size L is suitable for head circumferences starting from 59 cm. You can easily measure your head circumference with a tailor's tape measure. Place the tape measure in the middle of your forehead and wrap it back over your ears. The Velcro fastenings around the chin and the back of the head allow the helmet to adapt to the shape of your head.
